Owner Steve Essary brings hands-on roofing and construction experience to the company. That experience shaped a simple belief: homeowners deserve to understand what a contractor sees, what is being recommended, and why it matters.
We are intentionally focused on residential roofing projects where planning, communication, and attention to detail create real value. We would rather recommend a responsible repair than sell a replacement a homeowner does not need—and we would rather explain a complete replacement scope than hide important work behind a low opening number.
